PMI Cornerstone is a full service real estate asset management company. We provide professional property management and real estate brokerage services in Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fulton and surrounding areas. We manage with a traditional commitment to client service while utilizing state-of-the-art systems and technology to address the concerns of homeowners.
We specialize in association management for homeowner associations (HOA), property owner associations (POA), condo owner associations (COA) and developing communities. We are a comprehensive management firm. The services we offer include financial reporting, vendor management, association board member education/training, homeowner surveys and community maintenance coordination. All services can be customized to meet each community or owners’ specific needs.

Carey brings more than 15 years of team management, financial administration and client service to PMI Cornerstone. She is a third-generation legacy of the University of Florida. While working in benefits consulting, she purchased her 1st investment home and started managing residential property. Later she and her husband acquired additional properties and she decided to follow her passion to take the plunge into real estate full time. Carey is a licensed real estate agent and member of Community Associations International (CAI). When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family and friends, looking for investment properties, decorating or mentoring young women in her local community. Kent came to the real estate industry after a successful operations career. His last corporate position was with Airgas where he served as the VP of Operations for the Specialty Products division. Property Management was the perfect fit that Kent was looking for when he decided to leave the corporate world and pursue a career that would get him off the road and give him more time with family. Kent and his team have personally grown the first local PMI Association office from 0 to nearly 4,000 association units. He and his family have been in the metro Atlanta area for 11 years. Outside of work he enjoys playing tennis, reading, Cornhusker Football, traveling, and anything involving real estate.
Blake Sanford is the Executive Director of Association Management at Property Management Inc. He came to PMI in 2016 after working with one of the largest CAM companies in the state of Utah. His experience and expertise have helped the PMI brand add over 600 associations in the last few years. As Blake continues to work on the national level in this industry; he has focused on establishing best practices, tools and training to ensure local offices are able to provide a superior customer experience.
